Overview
The Tripo Affiliate Program lets creators and community members earn by promoting Tripo with approved materials and links. Joining means you agree to follow these terms.
Commissions & Payouts
- Rate: 30% commission on the customer’s first purchase within 12 months of their first successful sale.
- Channels: Purchases must complete via your affiliate link or the self-serve checkout.
- Payouts: PayPal, NET-30 (e.g., January earnings are paid on Feb 20; holidays may delay).
- Taxes: You’re responsible for applicable taxes; withholding may apply.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote through approved channels and follow brand guidelines.
- Use your affiliate link on your own properties; keep disclosures clear.
- Send visitors to your own landing page before redirecting to Tripo (no direct-to-site linking).
Prohibited Practices
- Using Tripo brand names/misspellings in paid ads or domains.
- Coupon/deal sites, spammy tactics, or deceptive claims.
- Pretending to be Tripo or acting as a reseller.
- Competing on restricted product/feature keywords (e.g., “text to 3D”).
- Contacting Tripo customers for support (send them to Tripo support).
- Editing or obscuring official Tripo content/assets.
- Violating advertising disclosure or privacy rules.
Violations may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Landing Page Requirements
- You own/control the page and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship.
- Provide original, value-adding content aligned with Tripo branding.
- Mobile-responsive, fast, and properly tracked affiliate links.
- Part of broader relevant content (not a single blank promo page).
No direct linking: Send users to your landing page first, then to Tripo.
Program Admin & Ownership
- Customers from your link remain Tripo’s customers (pricing, policies, support are handled by Tripo).
- You get a limited license to use Tripo brand/content for promotion; updated assets should replace old ones.
Termination & Changes
- Either party may terminate with notice; violations can trigger immediate removal.
- Outstanding qualified commissions are paid next cycle; unqualified/pending may be forfeited.
- Terms and commission structure may be updated with notice.
Legal
- Governing law: Singapore.
- Disputes: Binding arbitration (SIAC); no class actions.
- Confidentiality: Treat Tripo confidential info with care.
- Liability cap: Greater of past 12-month commissions or $500.
